Every cable and connector component is defined in the list. We do not change items without the customer’s approval.

The same assembly method and components in every batch, so parts stay consistent.

Continuity testing plus sampled dimension and appearance checks, recorded in an inspection report.

Do you produce to the customer’s drawing?
Yes. We receive technical drawings, datasheets and the component list, and produce to that documentation.
How do you keep batches consistent?
We use the same components and assembly method in every batch, per the customer’s documentation, and sample-check continuity and dimensions.
Is the product sold to other customers?
No. In this project the model is exclusive to the customer.
Do you also develop new products?
Yes, when the customer needs it. In this project the drawing was already complete, so we manufactured to it.
